Ordering & Payment

All orders are shipped from California.

We ship within the United States and internationally to most countries. Please check with your local authorities about duties and import taxes. 

Please allow 1 week for processing before your order ships, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Holidays are considered a weekend, and no orders will be processed on these days.

If any of the items in your order are out of stock, Sockerbit will issue a refund for the items and remove them from your order. 

If additional identification is needed for credit card authorization, Sockerbit will contact you directly.

Sockerbit uses USPS for all deliveries. We suggest not using a P.O. box, as the package may not fit.

Regarding packaging, each candy type is packaged in individual bags that are sealed to guarantee optimal taste and quality.

WARNING: Sockerbit strongly recommends avoiding ordering any chocolate products during the hot summer months.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ve had to temporarily suspend shipping to Canada. Many Canadian customers have recently been impacted by high import taxes, and we want to avoid any surprise fees. We hope to resume shipping to Canada in the future and truly appreciate your understanding.

Customs & Duties:

International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties imposed by your country upon arrival. Sockerbit is not responsible for any customs or duty fees and cannot offer reimbursement. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Sockerbit does not accept any returns on the bulk candy purchased through our website. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Sockerbit, you are responsible for both the original shipping costs incurred and the cost of returning the package to us.

For the online shop to be able to function we need to ask certain information such as name, shipping and billing information, phone number, email and credit card information. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and our website does not store your credit card information.
