Ordering & Payment

All orders will be shipped from California.

We ship within the United States, Canada as well as Internationally. Please check with your local authorities about duties and import taxes. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time before your order ships, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Holidays are considered a weekend and no orders will be processed these days.

If any of the items in your order are out of stock, Sockerbit will issue a refund for the items and remove them from your order.

If additional identification is needed for credit card authorization, Sockerbit will contact you directly.

Sockerbit uses USPS for all deliveries. We suggest not using a PO box as the package may not fit.

Regarding packaging, each candy type is packaged in individual bags that are sealed to guarantee optimal taste and quality.

WARNING: Sockerbit strongly recommends to avoid ordering any of the chocolate products during the hot summer months.

Sockerbit does not accept any returns on the bulk candy purchased through our website.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Sockerbit, you are responsible for both the original shipping costs incurred and the cost of returning the package to us.

Sockerbit takes the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our website. Sockerbit does not sell or share any information gathered from our website or from our stores. For the online shop to be able to function we need to ask certain information such as name, shipping and billing information, phone number, email and credit card information. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and our website does not store your credit card information.
