FREE GROUND SHIPPING FOR U.S. ORDERS $70+ *Excludes international orders, corporate orders, and special requests. 

Actual shipping times vary by location and products ordered. Before an order is shipped, it is processed. Processing times can vary, currently 1 week. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the above estimates start from the first business day after placing your order. Contact us with shipping questions.

Canada Shipping Suspended:

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ve had to temporarily suspend shipping to Canada. Many Canadian customers have recently been impacted by high import taxes, and we want to avoid any surprise fees. We hope to resume shipping to Canada in the future and truly appreciate your understanding.

Customs & Duties:

International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties imposed by your country upon arrival. Sockerbit is not responsible for any customs or duty fees and cannot offer reimbursement. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Timeframes:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Customs & Carrier Delays:

Sockerbit is not responsible for delays due to customs processing. Once the package leaves the U.S., delivery timelines may vary.

If you’d like to ship an order overseas please check rates at the checkout. We are working with UPS AND DHL Express. Our prices are FOB. Taxes or duties are not included.

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we cannot guarantee express delivery in severe weather conditions.

If it is hot, please do not order chocolate. We do not offer any special packaging to ensure it won't melt or be altered. 

Substitution: we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts. 

Keep in mind that shipping offices are closed on U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days: President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
