If you have a specific item in mind, feel free to let us know and we'd be happy to check on the latest estimated arrival date or we can suggest something similar in the meantime.

Our vegan candies use plant-based ingredients such as pectin and starches to create their texture instead of animal-derived gelatin.

Because recipes vary by product, please refer to the ingredient list on the individual product page or contact us if you have questions about a specific candy.

Many of our candies are gluten-free, and gluten-free products are clearly identified on our website. We also offer a wide selection of vegan candies.

At this time, our products are not certified halal, and most would not be considered paleo due to their sugar content and traditional candy ingredients.If you have specific dietary requirements, we're happy to help you identify suitable options.

Sweden has a long tradition of sourcing candy from some of Europe's most respected confectionery makers.

While our candies are follow the traditional Swedish way of candy-making, we also work with select European partners, including manufacturers in Belgium, who meet our standards for quality, ingredients, and craftsmanship.

Most of our non-vegan candies contain pork-derived gelatin, which remains the most commonly used gelatin in European confectionery.

The gelatin used is sourced from high-quality European suppliers and is selected for the texture and consistency it provides.

If you avoid gelatin, we offer a large assortment of vegan candies made with pectin and starches instead.

We answer emails Monday through Friday. Please be aware that if you need to cancel your items over the weekend, your emails will not receive a reply until the following Monday. If you request to cancel your order on a Firday, you must do so by 12PM PST. If you wish to return your package you will find information regarding how to do so on the Returns Policy section of our website.

We'll send you an Order Update email with the status of your order as soon as our candy pickers have had a chance to view and process your order. Turnaround time may vary depending on order volume, current time is 1 week. If you can't find your Order Update email or if you have questions, please email customercare@sockerbit.com and reference your order number

Depending on where you are located in relation to Los Angeles. Most customers receive their shipped online orders within 1-2 weeks (sometimes faster), but we are not able to guarantee arrival by particular dates unless we are notified. Please keep an eye on your tracking number for any updates. If you need your package to arrive by a certain date, please either add a note to your order or email us at customercare@sockerbit.com after you place your order, and we'd be more than happy to try our best to accomadate you.
